Antony is a B2B tech growth specialist with 20+ years in fintech, regtech, and operational resilience. He excels in sales acceleration, business development, and go-to-market strategy, helping high-growth tech companies scale and drive sustainable revenue.

 

Bronwen ensures our Growth Partners reach their goals through tailored support and strategic guidance. She leads all things client-facing from managing our Growth Programme to looking after sponsors and partners, ensuring every interaction delivers value.

Karen, Co-Head of HaysMac’s Financial Services sector, supports ambitious FinTech firms through tax, accounting, and advisory services. She helps scale-ups and high-growth businesses navigate financial challenges, ensuring sustainable growth whether privately owned or PE/VC-backed.

Chris is a leading fintech lawyer, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, with expertise in commercial technology and regulation. He founded Kemp Little’s fintech practice, later acquired by Deloitte Legal, before joining Fox Williams in 2024. He advises startups, scale-ups, and institutions on technology, IP, data, payments, e-money, and open banking.

Angela founded SkyParlour in 2009, and has raised the profile of 100s of brands in the fintech, tech and ecommerce sectors. She is a Chartered Institute of Marketing MCIM, Chair of the Board at European Women Payments Network (EWPN), and an international speaker at events including Money2020 and Pay360.

Nadia co-founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010, helping over 2,000 people find jobs in fintech. She leads The DEI Discussions, champions gender equality in financial services, and authored FinTech Women Walk the Talk. Recognised annually as a top woman in fintech, she drives industry change.

Alison is a payments policy expert with deep knowledge of UK and Irish regulations. A former FSA/FCA e-money specialist, she now advises leading fintechs as a Director at fscom. She leads the Payment Association’s Regulatory Working Group and serves as an Ambassador for both the European Women in Payments Network and the Fintech Corridor.

Sheila leads Inbound Fintech, an agency specialising in Revenue Operations, CRM, and data-driven marketing technology. They work with Financial Services companies to resolve data, marketing and attribution challenges, improve reporting, and create actionable insights that link marketing investment directly to revenue outcomes.
