She is a Chartered Institute of Marketing MCIM, Chair of the Board at European Women Payments Network (EWPN), and an international speaker at events including Money2020 and Pay360.
Nadia co-founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010, helping over 2,000 people find jobs in fintech. She leads The DEI Discussions, champions gender equality in financial services, and authored FinTech Women Walk the Talk. Recognised annually as a top woman in fintech, she drives industry change.
Alison is a payments policy expert with deep knowledge of UK and Irish regulations. A former FSA/FCA e-money specialist, she now advises leading fintechs as a Director at fscom. She leads the Payment Association’s Regulatory Working Group and serves as an Ambassador for both the European Women in Payments Network and the Fintech Corridor.
