Julia Streets is a champion of tech, entrepreneurship, innovation, diversity and inclusion. Jordan Sinclair is President of Robinhood UK, which is Robinhood’s first international brokerage market. Robinhood is known for pioneering commission free stock trading, with over 23 million customers in the US. Prior to joining Robinhood, Jordan was Managing Director, Europe at Freetrade where he launched Freetrade’s first international market, and Director, Corporate Development & Strategy at Barclays.

Nick Drewett is Chief Commercial Officer of Engine, Starling Bank’s Software-as-a-Service arm. Engine provides financial institutions around the world with access to Starling’s market-leading banking platform. He leads Engine’s commercial and business strategy, responsible for driving the growth of the business. Before joining Engine, Nick was an Executive Partner at IBM Global Business Services, where he led consulting relationships with major clients such as ANZ, RBS and Virgin Money. He has spent over 30 years honing his knowledge of banking, lending and data systems in a range of roles at IBM as well as PwC and Deloitte. In addition to systems projects he is a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, and worked on projects for the World Bank and the insolvency of Lehman Brothers. Nick enjoys sailing and is a passionate competitive runner.

She is also a respected Forbes contributor and industry speaker, featuring at events such as Money20/20, Semrush Workshops and B2B Marketing Course, and TechTalks. She regularly delivers talks on a wide range of topics, such as SEO, customer-centric content, technology marketing, agency culture, leadership, and female entrepreneurship.
Kathryn hosts the podcast ‘Tech Marketers Uncorked’, where she interviews top marketing leaders from various leading tech enterprises. Kathryn also judges influential awards programs and has received accolades from The Drum, BIMA, IoD, among others.

Travers heads up Thought Machine’s marketing team and led the commercial expansion of the function from seed level to double-unicorn status. Travers has over 15 years of board-level experience scaling regional sales and marketing functions across software, banking, energy and retail industries.
Before joining Thought Machine, Travers was chief marketing officer at Fiserv and managing director at Barclays, where he led the market launch of the peer-to-peer payment app PingIt. Before this, Travers was responsible for launching EDF Energy into the UK and building their pioneering Nectar scheme.

Caroline was formerly the Chief Ombudsman and Chief Executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service, responsible for setting out the organisation’s vision, strategy and values.
